2026 Group Exhibitions: Call for Submissions

Expressions of Interest have now closed

Lighthouse Arts is inviting expressions of interest for group shows in our 2026 exhibitions program.

Lighthouse Arts, an initiative of the Hunter Writers’ Centre, is a multi-arts activation of the Whibayganba-Nobbys Headland cottages, and includes an exhibition space, artist residencies and an arts trading store.

The exhibition space of Lighthouse Arts presents curated group exhibitions, shares compelling stories, and increases the visibility of various artistic communities.

We welcome expressions of interest from artists, community groups and curators from all walks of life, and stages of artistic practice. We encourage applications from First Nations artists, d/Deaf and disabled artists, and artists of different genders, sexualities, and cultural backgrounds.
