EXHIBITION: House of Stories II

Perched on the iconic Nobbys-Whibayganba headland, Lighthouse Arts has welcomed over 600 writers and artists from across Australia and beyond to immerse themselves in their creative practice. Through week-long intensives or flexible residencies, Lighthouse Arts has become a sanctuary for exploration, inspiration, and artistic growth.

House of Stories II is an annual exhibition showcasing the incredible diversity of works created by these artists. From polished masterpieces to rough sketches, intimate journal entries, and experimental pieces, the exhibition reflects the myriad practices and perspectives nurtured within our residencies. Each work offers a glimpse into the experience of creating at Lighthouse Arts.

This year, over 40 selected pieces come together to celebrate the power of art and storytelling in its many forms. Join us to experience the creativity and connection inspired by the striking backdrop of the Nobbys-Whibayganba headland.
